An ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, Reverend Dr. Diane H. Parrish, kidz2leaders’ founder and president, serves as the Senior Pastor at Kennesaw United Methodist Church in Kennesaw, GA.  Before receiving this assignment, she served for fourteen years as a senior associate pastor at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church in Marietta, GA., five years as Associate pastor at Marietta First U.M.C., and five years at McEachern U.M.C.

She is an author, singer, and evangelist. Dr. Parrish has been involved in prison ministry throughout her career, is actively involved in the Bill Glass Champions for Life prison ministry, and has served on many Kairos teams. In 1999, she was appointed to the Governor’s Special Task force to expand the Christian programming and Prison Ministries in the 42 state prisons in the State of Georgia. Dr. Parrish founded kidz2leaders, inc., in 1999. In 2008, Rev. Parrish received the 11Alive Community Service Award for her work at kidz2leaders.
