Camp Hope 2011 Applications NOW Online!

Mark your calendars for Camp Hope 2011 July 16-22 at the Rock Eagle 4-H Campground in Eatonton, GA. Applications are now available online. Counselor positions fill up quickly, so please adhere to the deadlines:
- Returning Counselors: Thursday, May 5, 2011
- New Counselors: Thursday, June 2, 2011

We need teens, college students and adults who are willing to step out in faith and join us in our endeavors to change the direction of these childrens’ lives by serving as a counselor for the entire week or being a day volunteer. Application Deadline Coming Up!

Don’t forget to turn in your Camp Hope application by JUNE 1, 2010!

There are 3 ways to submit your application -

1. Drop-off your application at the Camp Hope office located behind Mt. Bethel UMC – 4385 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30068. Office hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:30. Call beforehand to ensure someone is available to accept your appplication – 770-977-7751. Notary is available.

2. Drop-off your application at the main office at Mt. Bethel UMC.

3. Mail your application to: Camp Hope, 4385 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30068.

New Counselor Meeting 5/16

If you are interested in serving Camp Hope this summer for the first time, be sure to attend a New Counselor Informational Meeting on Sunday, May 16 starting at 1:00 p.m. in the Upper Room (B200) at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church in Marietta, GA. The meeting will last about an hour and include general information about being a counselor at Camp Hope. Counselor positions fill-up quickly so if you’re thinking about attending this summer, go ahead and attend Sunday’s meeting and bring your application!

Camp Hope Counselor Applications Online

Camp Hope applications are available online at www.kidz2leaders.org! Camp Hope will be held July 10-16, 2010 at the Rock Eagle 4-H Campground in Eatonton, GA. Here’s how you can serve as an adult or student counselor this summer:

Returning Counselors and Volunteers: Please complete and return the counselor application packet by May 10, 2010.
New Counselors and Volunteers: Please attend one informational meeting at Mt. Bethel UMC on May 12, 6:00-8:00 p.m. or May 16, 1:00-3:00 p.m. Please sign-up by calling the Camp Hope office (770-977-7751). Applications are due by June 1, 2010.
Counselor positions are limited, so please adhere to the above deadlines. Applications are received on a first-come, first-serve basis. If positions fill quickly, you or your child may be put on a wait-list.

Cabin Leader Applications due May 1!

Cabin Leader applications are due BY Friday, May 1. If you would like to be considered to be a Cabin Leader at Camp Hope 2009, please complete the application (available at www.kidz2leaders.org) and return to the Camp Hope office via email to cris.hunt@kidz2leaders.org or by mail to 4385 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30068. Please complete this form in addition to the regular Counselor Application. Completion of the Cabin Leader does not guarantee you placement as a cabin leader. We will contact applicants after the application deadline on May 1.
